Cancellation / No Show Policy : You can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before your appointment time. Any time after that, or no showing will result in a 50% of appointment price charge on your card. If no card is on file, you will be responsible to pay that 50% on your next visit on top of your appointment total.
No E-file Use Policy : If it is requested to not use an e-file for any service rather than regular polish manicure/pedicure we may charge extra due to increase in timing required. these services are not subject to our 2-week guarantee.
